Smoke Free Tracker
A running count of the time since your last cigarette.
A deliberately simple tracker for quitting. It counts the days, hours, minutes and seconds since your last smoke, lets you log a slip in one tap, graphs your events by day, week or month, and tells you what your body is doing as the hours add up. Nothing else — no coach, no feed, no sign-up.
Put in your last cigarette and watch the clock
This is the app's headline screen, running in the page. Set a date and time and the counter starts from there, lighting up each milestone as you pass it.
Milestones are the widely published general timeline for stopping smoking, shown here for information — not medical advice. In the app, the same messages appear on their own as you reach them.
What you see is what you get
Four things, done plainly. The app does not try to be anything else.
Precise time counter
At the top of the screen, a clear digital display of exactly how long it has been since your last smoke — days, hours, minutes and seconds, ticking in real time. Watching that number grow is the point.
One-tap logging
The Add Smoke Event button records a cigarette and restarts the counter, so the number on screen is always honest and every slip is kept as data rather than guilt.
Day, week and month graph
Your logged events plotted over a single day, a full week or a whole month. Switching the range is one tap, and the pattern — the bad evening, the good week — shows up immediately.
Health milestones
As your smoke-free time passes each threshold, the app shows what is happening in your body — blood pressure and heart rate coming down after an hour, and onward from there.
Phone and tablet
The same screen reflows for a larger display, with the graph stretched across the width — useful when you want to look at a month at once.
No account, no noise
No sign-up, no social feed, no daily nagging. Open it, look at the number, close it.
There is not much to learn
Install and open
The counter starts immediately. There is nothing to set up first.
Log honestly
Smoked one? Tap the button. The counter resets and the event is recorded on the graph.
Watch the shape
Switch between day, week and month to see whether the gaps are getting longer.
Collect the milestones
Each threshold you pass brings its own message. They keep coming for years.
The whole app, honestly
One screen does the work. Here it is on a phone, and on a tablet.

On a tablet the same screen stretches out — tap to open any screenshot full size.

Before you install
What happens when I log a cigarette?
The event is recorded on the graph and the counter starts again from zero. That is deliberate — the number on screen always means “since the last one”, so it stays true.
Is it a full quit programme?
No, and it does not pretend to be. It is a counter, a log, a graph and a set of milestones. If you want a coach, a community or nicotine replacement guidance, this is not that app.
Does it work if I am cutting down rather than stopping?
Yes. Logging every cigarette turns the graph into a picture of your actual habit across a day, a week and a month, which is useful whether you are aiming for fewer or none.
Do I need an account?
No. Install it and the counter is running.
Are the health messages medical advice?
No. They are the general, widely published timeline of what happens after stopping, shown for encouragement. Talk to a doctor or a stop-smoking service about your own situation.
Is there an iPhone version?
Not at the moment. Smoke Free Tracker is Android only.
